Gallstone Symptoms & Risk Factors

Gallstones are solid particles that form in the gallbladder, often causing significant pain and discomfort. These stones block bile flow, leading to inflammation, infection, and serious complications if left untreated. The primary types of gallstones commonly known are:

Cholesterol gallstones. Their composition is primarily made of cholesterol and is the most common, accounting for about 80% of gallstones. The formation of cholesterol gallstones is often linked to high cholesterol levels in the bile, obesity, high-fat diet, certain genetic factors, and gallbladder motility issues.

Pigment gallstones. They’re made of bilirubin (a substance produced from the breakdown of red blood cells) and less common than cholesterol gallstones. Their formation is often associated with conditions that cause an increased breakdown in red blood cells, liver cirrhosis, biliary tract infections, and certain blood disorders like sickle cell anemia.

Common gallstone symptoms include, but are not limited to:

Sudden and intense pain in the upper right abdomen

Bitterness in the mouth and bad breath

Back pain between the shoulder blades

Skin spots, pimples, sensitive skin and itching

Nausea and vomiting

Indigestion and bloating

Are you at Risk?

Many factors can lead to gallstone formation and dangerous changes in bile composition. Some of the biggest and most common risks include:

Age and gender

Women aged 40-60 are more prone to gallstones due to estrogen.

Hormonal changes

These can trigger gallstone formation and biliary crises, commonly seen in:

Pregnancy: Weight gain and altered eating habits raise gallstone risks.

Contraception: Long-term use of oral contraceptives and estrogen medication increases gallstone likelihood.

Menopause: Menopause and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) are high-risk factors.

Genetics

Women aged 40-60 are more prone to gallstones due to estrogen.

WEIGHT CHANGES

Overweight, obesity, and rapid weight loss heighten gallstone risk.
Obesity leads to higher cholesterol in the bile, and rapid weight loss also increases bile cholesterol.

EATING HABITS

Unhealthy eating habits contribute to gallstone formation

Junk food: High cholesterol, trans-fats, fried and processed foods, carbonated drinks, and alcohol are culprits.

Extreme diets: Severe nutrient restrictions and alternating fasting/overeating periods heighten the risk.

Fasting: While popular, fasting can be dangerous for untrained individuals, leading to gallstones.

Over 90% of women and men are highly exposed to everyday risks of developing gallstones!

While conventional gallstone treatment often involves surgery or medication, The Gallstones Method offers a natural approach to address the root cause of gallstones and promote gallbladder health.

Clear Gallstones & Avoid Painful Blockages

Stones can start moving, leading to painful blockages.
But there is a natural solution that can help you!

The bile duct, which connects your gallbladder to your duodenum, is about 6-8 mm wide and elastic. When gallstones start moving through this duct without The Gallstones Method, they can get stuck, causing painful mechanical jaundice!

With our natural treatment method, even a 4 cm stone can pass through without a crisis! Don’t wait until the pain is unbearable or a blockage occurs.
Use The Gallstones Method to help your stones pass smoothly and painlessly!

How To Prepare & Take Your Gallstones Treatment?

By following these instructions carefully, you will effectively utilise The Gallstones Method to address the root cause of gallstones and aid your gallbladder’s health.

We strongly recommend starting your treatment with a cleanse on Wednesday, followed by The Gallstones Method on Friday for optimal comfort and ease. This method will effectively aid in the passage of gallstones through your excretory system, ensuring a smoother and more comfortable experience.
Please be advised the timing was carefully designed for your convenience as The Gallstones Method has a gentle laxative effect!

2-DAY CLEANSING PROGRAM

Preparing your body with a gentle cleanse is a vital step before implementing The Gallstones Method.

Why cleanse?

A short, focused cleanse helps your body soften and loosen gallstones, making them easier to pass through. This program uses fresh juices' natural acids and fermenting properties to gently prepare your gallbladder.

Three green apples on a white background.

Fresh Green Sour Apple Juice

Drink fresh green sour apple juice throughout the day. This juice is known for its ability to help enlarge bile ducts, making it easier to pass gallstones. Aim for 3-4 glasses spread evenly over the day.

A carrot and a beet with leaves on a white background.

Beetroot or Carrot Juice

Choose beetroot or carrot juice based on your preferences. These juices are packed with vitamins and antioxidants that support gallbladder functions and overall detoxification. Consume 1-2 glasses daily.

Mixed vegetables including broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and green beans.

Steamed Vegetables

Stick to a diet of steamed vegetables. They are easy to digest, rich in essential nutrients and support gallbladder health. Focus on a variety of vegetables to ensure a balanced intake of vitamins and minerals.

A transparent glass tumbler.

Hydration

Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water each day to flush out toxins and keep your body hydrated. Water is essential for maintaining optimal body functions and supporting the cleansing process.

Diet During Treatment

To maximise the effectiveness of The Gallstones Method and ensure the complete passage of gallstones, it’s imperative to strictly follow the dietary regimen. This is not a mere recommendation but a crucial element. Adherence to this diet is essential to achieve the desired results.

Eat only apples, baked or boiled potatoes, or chicken for diabetics.

Restrictions

Avoid spices and salt as the latter retains water in the body.

Heating Therapy

On the second and third days, warm the gallbladder area with a heating pad, electric pillow, or hot brick from 7 pm to 8 pm.

Dosage Adjustment

Depending on your age, weight and overall health, you should reduce the Gallstones Method dosage by half. In such cases, use half the ingredients listed at the beginning of this guide.
